  • Online. For technical assistance visit the Help Desk Support site. From this page you can browse the Knowledge Base for answers to your technical questions or submit a written help request.

  • Telephone. In case of emergency and for other urgent matters please call the Help Desk directly at 312-341-HELP (312-341-4357). Agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday - noon - 4:00pm except for holidays.
